where to find shells in Seychelles?

I have visited the Seychelles in 1983 and 1985 and did some nice collecting overthere. At that time there was a local collector - Antoine Maness - who had quite interesting shells to offer. We did some exchanges during my 2nd stay.
On the other hand: is collecting still possible at the Seychelles? In 1983 and 1985 some areas at Mahé were Marine Parks (and collecting was forbidden of course). But is the situation still unchanged?
