Hi Jason,
This is Cycloscala revoluta (Hedley, 1899), in the family Epitoniidae. Quite a rare find. The shell itself is white and very thin. Yours looks brown because the soft parts are dried inside the shell. It does come from the Philippines. http://gastropods.com/0/Shell_13770.shtml . |
