land snail

Hello,
I have this operculated shell (land or freshwater ?) found beached after heavy rain in Mauritius.
Any ID help would be appreciated. it is over 60mm.

Hi Pierre,
it´s surely a freshwater snail, family Ampullariidae. It should be Genus Pomacea. Sorry, but it´s difficult for me to tell the species. Might be Pomacea maculata or Pomacea canaliculata.
