Hi Dave,

Sadly for my space issues I collect allot of the gastropod families! Cypraea, and Conus like 80% of shell collectors. Also Chicoreus, Calliostoma, Olives, Strombus, Cymatium, Fusinus,Trochus,... I've got a little bit of most families! Need to be a bit more specialized! I've managed to avoid getting very into bivalves and fresh water, But Liguus and landsnails are becoming harder to avoid! Do you have access to my email?

Paul

Hi Paul,
I was the same! I collected Conus and Cypraea until they got too expensive and everything else. I collected Strombidae until I got them all, now they have described a couple of nrew ones I will have to save my pennies!
Space became a premium so I decided to specialise in Neritidae, Muricidae, Olividae and Patelloidea in that order. My email address is bug.shell@yahoo.co.uk if you want to drop me a line.
Cheers,
Dave

Oh Boy!!, do Hailotis assimilis and H. corrugata look alike!! I don't think I'm happy trying to tell them apart especially since their distribution is the same!
