Hi guys! I don't know much about Buccinidae. I recently found out my Ancistrolepis vietnamensis specimen is a Giant at 118mm and will be the record size holder according to the World Record Shells registry. The current record is 114mm by Mr. Peter Stimpson, Vietnam.
I am selling this shell but I don't know how much it will be worth. Â I haven't registered it yet. I just thought it would be worth much higher if I gave the buyer the opportunity to declare it under his name as the new world record size ancistrolepis vietnamensis.
Can anyone tell me what shell is worth? Should I have it registered first before I sell it?
Thanks guys.
