Hi!!Wink) I've been meaning to ask if there's anyone out there that collects sponge and sea stars.....I believe many collect coral when they can get it...everything but crustaceans I collect and if anybody does the same and has duplicate pieces of them to trade, I do also!! I believe I can get the names of ALL species of my sponge....I have about 2 dozen I believe with about 10 repeats to share. anybody interested?? You know where I am!!) Dora

Hi Dora, I am interested in sea stars. I havent found any so far since living here. I have found 2 sand dollars, coral, sponge etc. I would trade some shells for some stars! Let me know@

Hi Kelly!! Unfortunately I had an accident with my stars. I saved them BUT everything was over my sister's house, and I noticed mold covering my stars, so I took them and put them in bleach just long snough to kill the mold but it also took a little bit of the purple color they had off. I not not realize that the water from the fire had wet a couple pieces of sponge.I washed and redried everything. I had to take all my sponge and go through that as well. I'm happy to say that made it through 99% fine. It is in my hotel room with me along with the seastars. If you're interested in that let me know at my e-mail.F.Y.I....A few more weeks and I will be back in a new house, same address!!Wink) pkinneyd@yahoo.com
