I believe this is Bembicium nanum, family Littorinidae, from Australia.  Specimens of this species vary greatly in height:width ratio.  Some of them are quite flat, twice as wide are they are high.  Others are twice as high as they are wide.  And others, like yours, roughly equal in height and width.
