Yes, both the same.  These are Crepidula fornicata, the common slipper shell or slipper limpet.  Unlike the other two shells you posted, which are both bivalves, this one is a gastropod, a "snail-type" shell.  These live attached to hard surfaces like rocks and other shells.  Sometimes they attach to one another, forming stacks.
