grooves or tunneling?
I have a shell i found that has this weird tunneling as if something wormy was munching on the outside of it (i'm sorry, i'm having a hard time describing it!) I have a picture of it, if anyone thinks they might have an idea, please respond and i can email the picture. Thanks!

There are numerous marine organisms that tunnel in hard materials, including the shells of mollusks. These include various worms and mollusks, and even a type of sponge. If you post the picture I may be able to be more specific. Or email it to me at PaulCyp@cox.net
