Did some of you Scuba in the Seychelles ?

Hi all,

I am looking for any one who dove in the Seychelles for shells.
If you went there and managed to scuba, please let me know <img src="images/smiley/smile.gif" alt="" border="0" />
I have been there several times yet and would like to exchange informations.

Hi David,
I could Scuba there in the end of 2007. On Mahé Island on a spot called "Ternay Marine Park" (in the South). It was not for shells but I looked at the bottom to see if there were any.  <span class="petit">--Last edited by conchylinet on 2008-07-22 21:52:08 --</span>

Just spotted a few Giant Clam and a huge Murex, I think it was a ramosus. But I didn't collect anything  <img src="images/smiley/frown.gif" alt="" border="0" />

I went on Mahe in 2007 and scuba in Anse Forbans, which was quite nice - many cypraea's - happy to provide more details... Going to be in Praslin in Feb 2009, I will try to find nice spots too : any recommendation would be appreciated ! Chris

What did you get there ? Did you get cone shells too ?
I found already most of the cowries there and all the cone shells
