Borneo and Philippines locations?
I'm planning some diving in Borneo (Sipadan/Mabul) and in the Philippines (Balicasag island).  Are there some good beachcombing, or other diving/collecting  locations that should not be missed?    Where can one meet the fishing boats coming in in the Philippines?
