Can anybody please help with identification?
1. Looks like Anadara chemnitzi
2. Looks like Haliotis sieboldii, but that species is usually from Japan
8. Appears to be Calocochlia roissyana from the Philippines
9. Can't see much sculpture between the attachments and the tubeworms, but it appears the base is heavily granulated? If so, that would rule out X. pallidula. X. konoi would be more likely.
10. Yes, this looks like X. pallidula
11. Not sure, but the finely granulated and colored base suggest X. solarioides
12. Looks like one of the many color forms of Chlamys senatorius
15. Definitely not Thais orbita. It appears to be an immature Cymatium, probably C. parthenopeum --Last edited by Paul Monfils on 2010-03-09 04:22:36 --
