Please identify

I am having great difficulty identifying this rather elegant shell.
It is one of two identical specimens collected from dredged material from the Red Sea at Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
Is it a Turret or a Volute?
The only species which looks like it on the web is the volute, Calliotectum smithi, but this is a Philppines shell and is usually brown in color.
Can anybody help, please?
