Hi Nat,
Yes, this does appear to be Semicassis (Antephalium) sinuosum. Pictures of this species are almost non-existent online, and a couple of pictures shown online as this species are not actually this species. But your shell is a good match for the illustration in Recent Cassidae by Kurt Kreipl, 1997.

Semicassis adcocki is quite different in shape and pattern, with an angled shoulder, ribs on the posterior body whorl, and rows of small dark squarish spots. http://www.gastropods.com/2/Shell_2782.shtml
