Good spots in Florida?

We just moved to Destin, FL from the north.  I'm a fairly new collector, does anyone know of any nice shell spots nearby or have any advice?  We've been frequenting Navarre Beach for a while now - are there any other places?

St. Joe Bay is good.  The next closest to you would be Cedar Key.  See checklist at:

Dear all shellcollectors !
I'm planning a south-indian-trip (Trivantrum , Kanyakumari , Thoothukundin....)next year in february and looking for fishermans of shells, collectors, dealers and good spots at the beach where i might find a lot of shells.
Please, do u have some informations for me.
