FRAUDE BY CHINESE SHELLDEALER

Dear friends,
caution is needed when you're offered batches of expensive cypraea's by
the Chinese shell dealer called KOUHI GEN ("excellentshells").
Several Belgian collectors got ripped off for many thousands of dollars.
The ordered (and paid) shells (#Cypraea hirasei, #kuroharai,#jumbo
guttata's, teramachi, #langfordi's etc..) were all replaced by worthless
hungerfordi's and broken miliaris. This dealer looked trustworthy as he
was selling on shellauction.net and had good critics.
Unfortunately after pulling of this stunt he is no longer active.
As there is a possibility that the same batch has been offered & sold to
many collectors please let us know if you've been a victim of this dealer.

Dear Eddy,I am sad to say.... if you participate long enough in the world of shellers, sooner or later you will have an experience like this.
The only thing we can do is get things in the open and warn our friends (and other shellcollectors) This will limit the number of victims..
