Detritic bottoms with interesting stuff
Not many seashells, but, for grit lovers, two excellent samplings of detritic bottoms, with all the dead things that laid there, and also the dominant species in Mollusca.
For the moment, just two bags :
1- one from an area covered with coral debris, calcareous algae, pieces of crustacean and very few shells (I noticed some rare Mitrellas)
2- one from a bottom of various gravels, with shell debris of small sizes, and many valves of <i>Nuculana commutata</i>, which is the dominant species there. Also some other molluscas.
