				Help with a Nerite

Haven't posted in awhile, but recently returned from Huatulco, MX with pictures of some unidentified Gastropods. I know this is mainly a shell identification forum, but I really like taking pics of what I see, especially live ones. I would greatly appreciate any help with this one, as well as ones I will be posting subsequently. This looks like a Pitchy Nerite (Nerita picea), but cannot find any reference to them being found in the Tropical Eastern Pacific. Thoughts?

					Nerita scrabicosta or N. funiculata

Size? Very often small details are important to distinguish similar species. |

Of course, now that I've seen your ID and searched further, I've phone some that look identical. Thx again!! |
