I am going to Porto Seguro Brazil

I am new to collection shell and want to teach my girl. We are going to Porto Seguro staying near Adjuda beautiful beach has a great reef and many tide pools. Has anyone suggestion of the type of shells we may see here and collect. Is there any danger with some shells we need to be careful. I have read there are some shells that still have creatures that can cause a problem. Thanks for anyone help
