Cone Help please.

I found what looks almost identical to a "scaphella junonia", same colour, same pattern but the top was almost flat instead of pointed.


What could that be? I was really excited at first, but then realized the difference and noticed it was still alive. :'c

Could be a junonia that was damaged, perhaps by a trawler, and sealed over the broken spire.  Any chance of a picture?
