Hi. Neither are Conidae, the left looks to be a juvenile Cowry and the right a juvenile Volute. Unfortunately the species is almost impossible to determine from such juvenile shells but if I were to hazard a guess I would say the Cowry was mauritiana and the Volute damoni, the Volute could even be a juvenile Olividae. Sizes and locality may help a little.

THEY COME FROM REUNION (ocean indien) THIS YEAR.
THE LEFT IS 5cm = 2 inch and THE RIGHT is 4 cm = 1.6 inch i'm ok for the right it coulb be a juvenile of olividae. note: i have 4 like that exactly. For the left (the bigger) i'm note sur , could it be a conus bullatus black ? |

Hi. To my mind, both are juvenile C. mauritiana, the little one is even younger.

I think Dave has it correct. Â Large one most certainly juvenile Cypraea. Â No way the small one could be a juvenile Oliva. Â The very bulbous protoconch on the small one indicates a Volute. Â The posterior end of the lip starts too far below the suture for it to be a Cypraea.
