Planaxis sulcatus 3. Looks like a Nassarius, can't place it. 4. I wish I knew!  This is an extremely common shell that you can find by the hundreds in mixed craft shells, but I have not been able to find it in any book in my library.  Once I stumbled upon a picture of it online - incorrectly labeled Nassaria pusilla.  I'm beginning to wonder if it has a name! 5. Nassarius albescens 6. Probably Tricolia solida, or one of the several other Tricolia species. 7. Perhaps some kind of Cymatium sp. |
