Tonna dolium, yes.
Conus lividus, flavidus, frigidus, emaciatus can be difficult to separate, but based on the very low spire, relatively smooth shoulder, lack of granulations on the cords, and yellowish color, I would lean toward Conus flavidus for this specimen.
