Is this shell a Wide-lipped/Lip Triton of some type? - richard - 01-25-2009

Good day I would like to receive help with identifying this shell please.
Could this shell be some kind of Ranellidae Wide-lipped/Lip Triton ? It measures aprox. 250mm in total lengh. It is from the local waters of Batangas Philippines.

This is Tutufa bubo, in the family Bursidae.

Thank you so much Paul, I never gave it a thought to look under Bursidae. I spent hours in <a href="http://www.gastropods.com" target="_blank"><!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.gastropods.com">www.gastropods.com</a><!-- w --></a> Ranellidae and others.
