two Nassarius spec. for identification. - mauro - 11-30-2008 This 2 different species of Nassarius are a rebus for me.  <img src="images/smiley/confused.gif" alt="" border="0" /> <a href="http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2928" target="_blank"><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2928">http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2928</a><!-- m --></a> this one is from Madagascar, the size of the greater specimens is 37 mm. <a href="http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2927" target="_blank"><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2927">http://www.malachia.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2927</a><!-- m --></a> this second is from Aliguay, Philippines. The greater one is 29 mm. Probably Phos roseatus. excuse me for the mistake.
