This VENERIDAE is from Phuket. Size 37 x 42 mm.

Can anyone tell me the species?

This is a Circe, probably the widespread and very variable Circe scrïpta, but it might be another species of Circe.

 I also was thinking to Genus Circe, but an other species: It match very well with Circe nummulita (Lamarck, 1818), in fact the posterior end is smooth, without concentric sculpture, but nummulita could be only from Australia, and my specimens is from Thailand! Â
