Green spiny shell? ID - dave r - 03-11-2008 Hi there, it is hard to tell from the photo ( a bit dark) but it looks like Arcinella cornuta, the Florida Spiny Jewel Box. This is usually white or pinkish but yours may be stained by green algae. Try the Jacksonville shell club website 'jaxshells', they may have a better picture. Dave
