C02379.jpg</a><!-- m --></a> Need Shell ID help - paul monfils - 09-28-2007 The shell appears to be a brachiopod, a bivalved animal that is not a mollusk. They are very common in many older fossil deposits. There are many hundreds, perhaps thousands, of species. They are not my forte. I can't name this one. The other picture doesn't show enough detail to venture a guess. |
