I think this may be a small Conus lynceus. I don't know the size of this shell, but I say "small" because the color is so vivid. In mature Conus lynceus the color is typically more subdued than this but the pattern is the same, and the shape of the shell is similar to this. Young specimens of many Conus species are more colorful than mature specimens of the same species.
