Shelling Cornwall - tunman - 02-25-2007

Hi all,

ok, I won't find any Tonna or Ficus on the beach during our upcoming holiday in Cornwall, but the odd Turritella will do me just fine.
What I'm wondering about is whether that area is as rich in fossils as the Lime regis (Dorcester area) and whether or not fossil Tonnidae, Ficidae or Turritellidae can be found there .. and where, of course.

Cheers,

Chris
