Hello,
I´m not sure, is this Columbella mercatoria?
This damaged shell I have also found on the beach, Runneway Bay, of Jamaica.
The size about 12 mm.

This is definitely not a Columbella. It's pretty badly worn but I believe it is Engina turbinella, family Buccinidae.
