Tropical gastropods - conchylinet - 02-06-2012 Hi, I need help with the indonesian gastropods below. I hope it will be easier than bivalves. P Re: Tropical gastropods - Emma - 02-15-2012 I initially agree with Paul on the murex, although it might be Torrefactus (I have Torrefactus from the Philippines which are this light colour). As Paul says, many species look the same. Emma. Re: Tropical gastropods - dave r - 02-16-2012 Emma, torrefactus does not have such a long siphonal canal ot such pink fronds. I do agree that they get very light though, I have one that is almost white!
