What is this?I found this in Johnstown,PA.On top of a hill buried about 3' deep.

Thank you very much.But what makes this so odd is where i found it.It was found in the mountains of Pennsylvania.No bodies of water even close.

I don't know anything about the region but it seems there's lots of fossils in PA:
