Neritina? - conchylinet - 09-16-2011 Hi I believe this shell is a Neritina but I cannot determine the specie. Any help is welcome. The shell was beached in Mauritius and is 14mm long. Pierre Re: Neritina? - diocrisseashells1000 - 09-17-2011 Hi Pierre, My guess is it looks like vittina serrulata which can be found in Indonesia, but i dont know if it can also be found in Mauritius, or maybe that is vittina natalensis which is very variable in pattern. But this is just my guess, i hope this info could help in someway to determine your shell. cheers, Diocris.
