Another example of a cone from a different subgenus with pronounced blue pigmentation at the siphonal canal. From Eilat, Israel, 22 mm, F+/F++ grade. Note the coloration inside the ventral photo.
A larger example of this species (55 mm) shows distinct blue coloration on the inside of the ventral aspect but it doesn't show up in the seller's pix.
