Conus (Lautoconus) mercator: Conoidea: Conidae - JackSullivan - 07-31-2017
I picked up these 2 specimens today in order to more closely examine the unique pigmentation pattern of the red & brownish-red pigments that can be seen in the pix. One is Conus mercator (left pix) & the other is Conus mercator f. reticulata.
