Wondering if anyone can help me with these ID's? Pics/specimens collected in tide pools and shallow reefs in Costa Rica.

I was fortunate to identify all of my specimens but this one....hence, please point me in the right direction for this shell please. It seems to have a tulip or conch shape. Any ideas or suggestion? I'm not sure if any members have experience in the Tropical Eastern Pacific, specifically Costa Rica. I've exhausted my search on the Net and would be extremely grateful for some advice. Many thx.
