This appears to be a juvenile ("bulla stage") cowrie, family Cypraeidae. Too immature to guess the species, though if you know where it was collected a reasonable guess might be possible.

The cowrie was collected in south of Maldives (Thaa Atoll) in a beach reclamation area.
