[attachment=147]I believe this is a mitre/mitra. I cannot find this color. It's a very bright yellow, maybe a hint of orange spots. Can anyone help me? Thank you

Yes this is Mitra mitra. It is probably a beach-collected specimen in which the normal orange color has faded due to exposure to bright sunlight and heat while on the beach.
