Cone found in St. Petersburg FL - stovetop - 11-14-2013 Please help I love cones! I actually found one that was alive as well - Very careful not to touch it especially after it fired its harpoon at me. I wish I had taken a picture of it - this one here was the best looking one I found so I was not too upset that the other one was occupied. I found this one in St. Pete in about 1.5 feet of water. RE: Cone found in St. Petersburg FL - mark - 11-14-2013 Hello, I think it's an Oliva sp. (maybe O. sayana) Regards, Mark RE: Cone found in St. Petersburg FL - stovetop - 11-14-2013 (11-14-2013, 05:21 AM)mark Wrote: Hello, Looks about right - it's a tad worn. Thanks! |
