Which Pen Shell? - wil9000 - 08-20-2010

Could this one be Noble Pen?

And this one? Smaller and smooth.
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/wil9000/4910609820/" target="_blank"><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/wil9000/4910609820/">http://www.flickr.com/photos/wil9000/4910609820/</a><!-- m --></a>

My guess is that this one is immature, but what do I know?

Thank you for the help. I wish I knew where they came from. Probably SE US, Florida area. The person I inherited these from also spent some time in Wales, but I don't know for sure.
Thanks <img src="images/smiley/clap.gif" alt="" border="0" />
