Unknown shells - lulu.shell - 07-20-2010 Hello everybody!!!   Here are a few more shells from my ever-growing unknown box of shells. As always, photos can be found on <a href="http://www.shellpictures.blogspot.com" target="_blank"><!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.shellpictures.blogspot.com">www.shellpictures.blogspot.com</a><!-- w --></a> 1. I think the middle shell on the right is the British specimen. I have no idea about the others, though. 2. half a cockle. Any idea which one? 3. nerita family. 4. no idea. 5. could this be mercenaria mercenaria, although it is completely white inside?
