please help me to identify this one

It appears to be an immature Cymatium. Exactly which species is hard to say. Do you know where it was collected? That would narrow the possibilities.
Looks very juvenile judging by the size of the protoconch.

The only thing it resembles is Cymatium labiosum. An aperture shot would help.
