I found this shell on the shoreline rocks at low tide in Okinawa. What is it?

Hi,

This is a broken juvenile strombus vomer.

Best regards

thank you for your identification of the Strombus vomer. I discovered a new family, Pseudomelatomidae, and thought this shell could have been tiariturris spectabilis. So I am a little disappointed that it is not that shell but a broken strombus.
