WHY CAN'T ANYONE ON THIS FORUM ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPLY TO QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS POSTED ???  SEEMS LIKE SUCH A WASTE OF TIME WHEN YOU ALL JUST READ BUT DON'T REPLY TO ANYTHING.

Sorry you are so disappointed with this forum, but could it possibly be that no-one knows the answer to the question? It would be a waste of time and space if everyone wrote 'No, sorry I don't know'.
