One month ago I purchased the <b>shells dealer price list book</b>, but I don’t know regarding the prices is it for end buyer? Or between the shell dealers? In other meaning is it whole sale or retail prices? I want to be sure. Thank you for any help

If you are talking about the catalog by Tom Rice. They are retail prices.

Exactly, but I want to know who much is the deferent between retail & whole sale price is it for example for whole sale 50% les than retail price ?
