Hey guys, can't seem to find out what type of shell this is. Any info would be awesome.

It is a Lucinidae specie.... the size and locality ? it will help a lot to name the shell.
Hey, thanks for the help. The shell is about 3 inches in both length and width and is likely from somewhere along the east coast of the US.
it is Codakia orbicularis (Linnaeus, 1758) it is found in SE.Florida to Caribbean.
