Hi,
I need help with the indonesian gastropods below.
I hope it will be easier than bivalves.

1- Small turbinidae (about 20mm)

#1- no idea
#2-  is australium rhodostoma (lamarck,1822)  <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.cowries.info/sale/files/miscgallery.php?page=7">http://www.cowries.info/sale/files/misc ... php?page=7</a><!-- m -->
#3- is very tricky coz theres a lot of chicoreus specie that looks like that.... sorry :-\
I would say #3 is Chicoreus saulae.

I placed #1 as a juvenile A. rhodostoma aswell.

I initially agree with Paul on the murex, although it might be Torrefactus (I have Torrefactus from the Philippines which are this light colour). As Paul says, many species look the same.

Emma, torrefactus does not have such a long siphonal canal ot such pink fronds. I do agree that they get very light though, I have one that is almost white!
