They claim that o.p. is extreme rare in adriatic sea, but the one on image, from approx same loc as the one below:

Are they the same species ?
yes is the same. called in the past ostreola parenzani but actually is just syn  of ostreola stentina( payrudeau,1826)
I don't know if is correct. in fact other department of systematic for the European marine mollusks doesn't recognize capsa as cyronim.
