I found all those cockles in Nitzanim Beach on the south israeli coastline. i think they are all variants of Cerastoderma glaucum but i am not sure. I think they might be PLAGIOCARDIUM PAPILLOSUM but those are very rare here. some reminded me CERASTODERMA EDULE, but i never heard of those here in Israel.
